Summary:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of information technology projects. The Project Manager will participate in projects from preconception to finish, monitor scope, risks and report project status to project stakeholders and management. Works with the development teams to convert requirements into development tasks. Manages the project roadmap working with managers and business users. Helps the organization to determine projects, priority, and resource availability. The IT Project Manager will be familiar with a variety of business processes and practices and understand the overall business and goals of the business. Key
Responsibilities:
Manage project roadmap, working with supervisor and business users to determine projects, objectives and priority. Work with stakeholders and business users to define projects, scope and schedules. Work with applicable groups to determine level of effort on new projects. Create high-level project plans with agreed upon milestones. Work with development team/development managers to break down project into project tasks and timelines. Facilitate entry of stakeholder needs into IT's workload. Promote common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and reporting in order to align project stakeholders and team members. Manage and monitor project scope throughout the project, track changes and report on impact of changes in scope. Monitor and report on project risks; work with project team to identify solutions to mitigate risks. Manage multiple projects at a time that span multiple locations and departments. Monitor and summarize project status and keep stakeholders and interested parties informed of project progress. Facilitate communication with all business departments impacted by the project including business and information technology stakeholders. Qualifications Education and
Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related discipline and/or 5
years' experience working on information technology projects or equivalent. Must have a strong understanding of information technology concepts, business practices and processes, excellent communication and leadership skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects of various sizes concurrently. Must be able to clearly communicate technical and business concepts clearly to the appropriate audiences. Must have experience in Agile project development, specifics in Scrum and Kanban are preferred. ServiceNow experience is a bonus. Bonus

$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
