What you bring to the table Education:
Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
3 years experience in a mental health setting 3 years senior or mid-level supervisory experience Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department Licenses/Certifications:
Licensed as a psychologist in the state where services are provided. What you will do KEY JOB
Responsibilities:
Supervision and clinical leadership of the clinical staff. Provides individual and group supervision. Provides teaching and clinical leadership. Is responsible for utilization and performance of the clinical staff including compliance with accreditation standards. Clinical supervision of all evaluation and treatment activities. Monitors the program components to assure high quality program; provides clinical support and supervision to staff. Works to improve the incentive program. Assigns and supervises evaluation and psychological testing. Acts as the lead representative of the program to the courts. Provides consultation and teaching on forensic issues to staff and students. Responsible for the process and quality of the provision of treatment, psychological and social work assessments, behavioral plans and other clinical services.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
